David Hubbard
David Hubbard is the principal and founder of Sage Search Consultants. Dave has a resume which includes positions at Nortel, Kaiser Electronics (defense avionics), Apple Computer, and Iomega, along with start up/small enterprise experience with nthOrbit (now Certus) and ClearOne Communications. Dave has held positions such as Product Line General Manager, Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy, and Vice President of Operations. His experience includes extensive contracts with all levels of executive management in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Quality and Engineering, and he has built up a network of thousands of contacts during the course of his career.

Denise Laumeier
Denise Laumeier brings over 10 years of search experience to Sage Search Consultants. Denise has recruited for large and small firms and ran her own search firm for several years. She has an extensive list of contacts from a client and candidate base, and is very skilled in difficult searches that require research and uncovering passive candidates with specific skill sets.
